For products delivered in full upon purchase:
Days 1–13: Try-It-First Period No refunds during this period. This is your time to use the tools, follow the protocol, and give the method a real chance.
Days 14–30: Full Refund Available. If, after two weeks, the product isn't working for you, email us for a full 100% refund. No questions asked.
After Day 30 No refunds are available.
PROGRESSIVE ACCESS PROGRAMS
For programs delivered in modules that unlock weekly:
Days 1–14 (Modules 1–2): Full 100% Refund. You have two full weeks to experience the program risk-free. If it's not the right fit, email us for a full refund, no questions asked.
Days 15–21 (Module 3): 50% Refund. By this point, you've accessed the majority of the program content. A 50% refund is available during this period.
Days 22–30 (Module 4): Support Guarantee Once you've accessed the complete program, monetary refunds aren't available, but our support team is here to help you get the most from what you've learned.
After Day 30 No refunds are available.
