The Anxiety Enigma
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases of digital products and educational programs offered under The Anxiety Enigma brand through its websites and partner platforms, including Podia.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
Article 1 – Scope of application
These Terms apply to all sales of digital products and educational programs made by The Anxiety Enigma to any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") via a secure online payment platform.
These Terms prevail over any other document unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Anxiety Enigma reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of purchase.
Article 2 – Age requirements
The products and services offered by The Anxiety Enigma are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Individuals between 16 and 17 years of age may access the content only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and assume full responsibility for the minor's use of the products.
The Anxiety Enigma does not knowingly offer products to, or collect personal data from, children under the age of 13. If such data is identified, access will be terminated and the data deleted in accordance with applicable law.
All content is educational in nature and intended for a mature audience capable of engaging with topics related to anxiety, self-reflection, and personal development. The content does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment.
Article 3 – Nature of the products
The Anxiety Enigma provides self-guided educational digital products, including but not limited to:
online programs,
downloadable materials,
written and audio content.
The products are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
The Anxiety Enigma does not guarantee any specific result, improvement, or outcome from the use of its content.
Article 4 – Orders
Any order placed through a platform operated by or on behalf of The Anxiety Enigma constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Once payment has been successfully processed, the order is considered final, subject to the refund policy described in Article 9.
Article 5 – Pricing
All prices are displayed exclusively in U.S. dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be modified at any time; however, the price charged to the Customer is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
No additional processing or platform fees are charged beyond the stated price.
Article 6 – Payment terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Depending on the product, payment may be made either:
as a single one-time payment, or
through a payment plan, where such an option is explicitly offered on the product sales page.
When a payment plan is selected, the Customer agrees to pay all scheduled installments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or revocation of access to the product.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. The Anxiety Enigma does not store or have access to Customers' payment information.
Article 7 – Access and delivery
All digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. The Customer receives immediate access to the complete product, including all downloadable materials, audio files, video content, and any associated resources.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

Article 8 – Intellectual property
All content provided by The Anxiety Enigma, including text, audio, video, visuals, and downloadable materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, or exploited, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use or sharing of content or access credentials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Article 9 – Refund policy
All products offered by The Anxiety Enigma are covered by a Try-It-First Guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined below.
9.1 Try-It-First Period (Days 1–13)
All products are designed to be used and experienced before a refund decision is made. During the first 13 days following purchase, no refunds are available. This period exists to allow the Customer adequate time to engage with the product, follow the protocol, and evaluate its effectiveness through genuine use.
9.2 Refund Window (Days 14–30)
If, after genuinely trying the product for at least two weeks, the Customer feels it is not the right fit, a full 100% refund is available. Refund requests must be submitted between Day 14 and Day 30 from the date of purchase. No questions asked.
9.3 After Day 30
No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of purchase.
9.4 How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible refund window (Days 14–30) by emailing: support@theanxietyenigma.com
Requests must include:
The email address used for purchase
The name of the product
A brief explanation for the refund request (optional but appreciated for feedback purposes)
Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
9.5 Access Revocation
Upon approval and processing of a refund, all Customer access to the product content, downloadable materials, and any associated resources is immediately and permanently revoked.
9.6 One Refund Per Customer
Each Customer is eligible for one refund per lifetime across all products offered by The Anxiety Enigma. Accounts associated with multiple refund requests will be flagged for review.
9.7 Content Protection and Abuse Prevention
All digital content is protected by intellectual property rights and may be watermarked with unique customer identifiers.
The Anxiety Enigma reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected policy abuse, including but not limited to:
Creation of multiple customer accounts
Bulk downloading of content followed by refund requests
Sharing, redistributing, or reselling of program content
Patterns of behavior indicating intent to defraud or abuse the refund policy
Violation of the terms outlined in Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
9.8 Chargebacks
Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or payment provider without first requesting a refund through the proper channels outlined in Section 9.4 may have their account permanently suspended and may be reported to payment processors for fraudulent activity.
9.9 Legal Framework
This refund guarantee is offered as a commercial goodwill policy by The Anxiety Enigma. In accordance with applicable regulations governing digital content, products that are delivered immediately and accessed after purchase may not otherwise be subject to a statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws.
Article 10 – Limitation of liability
The Anxiety Enigma provides educational content intended to support understanding and self-reflection.
The Customer remains solely responsible for how the content is used and for any decisions or actions taken as a result.
The Anxiety Enigma cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use or interpretation of its content.
If the Customer experiences significant psychological distress, they are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
Article 11 – Force majeure
The Anxiety Enigma shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, internet disruptions, or events of force majeure.
Article 12 – Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and The Anxiety Enigma's Privacy Policy.
By subscribing or purchasing a product, the Customer may receive emails containing information, updates, or offers related to The Anxiety Enigma.
Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link provided in each email.
Article 13 – Governing law
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
